User Profile
This section is the uSER Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a User record.
Overview: Project Profile states information about the User. such as,
- First Name -given name of user
- Middle Name – mother's surname
- Last Name - father's surname
- UserName - system name use for log-in
- Password - system pass code use for log-in
