This section is the Item Master File List. It contains the list of Item records.

This system keeps registered item as database following standard inter department item naming convention.. These items have system generated item code if the format of 02030201001, an eleven digit code base on department/supplier/color/category/counter with an option to activate or deactivate as necessary. Registered active items are available for use, monitoring inventory on hand, and forecasting function.
