Employee Profile
This section is the Employee Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a employee record for use in system modules.
Overview: Employee Profile states information about the employee. such as,
Employee code – assigned code base on the 3 letter initials of employee
Employee name – full name of employee; first/last/middle(optional)
Department – employees assigned working group
Position – title of employee;
“employee” is a generic purpose title use for generalization of titles for employees rendering services in Head Office;
“warehouse employee” is a generic purpose title use for generalization of titles for employees rendering services in Warehouse; this position allows employee to be listed under JO Service-Manpower Requirement-Employee Permit;
Tel - land line and local number assigned to employee
mobile number - cellphone number currently used by employee
Status – employment status of employee either active or inactive
Remarks – additional notes
email address - office email add assigned to employee
