Employee Profile

This section is the Employee Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a employee record for use in system modules.

Overview: Employee Profile states information about the employee. such as,

  • Employee code – assigned code base on the 3 letter initials of employee
  • Employee name – full name of employee; first/last/middle(optional)
  • Department – employees assigned working group
  • Position – title of employee;
  1. “employee” is a generic purpose title use for generalization of titles for employees rendering services in Head Office;
  1. “warehouse employee” is a generic purpose title use for generalization of titles for employees rendering services in Warehouse; this position allows employee to be listed under JO Service-Manpower Requirement-Employee Permit;
  • Tel - land line and local number assigned to employee
  • mobile number - cellphone number currently used by employee
  • Status – employment status of employee either active or inactive
  • Remarks – additional notes
  • email address - office email add assigned to employee

Important notes:

As of writing, department and position affects availability of employee record to be listed as an option from system modules.
