This section is the Job Order Preparation List. It contains the list of Job Order Preparation records.

Overview: Job Order Preparation list allows registration of preparation job order for use within system modules. Registration requires a reference final parts list for selection of item. Each successful registration adds to the number of preparation job order in the list and provided a system generated code to distinguish one job order from another.

This JO type for giving order to prepare materials of selected project, using saved final parts list as materials requisition and issuance basis of request quantity and prepared quantity of JO details. Preparation completes until prepared quantity matches requested quantity. Reported order complete or partial can then be use as pre-requisite for succeeding related JO.
