This section is the Delivery Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a Delivery record for job ordering.
Overview: Delivery Profile states information about the job order. such as,
JO number – system generated record number (JO02 is a delivery type) Date – date of registration as draft Project No. – reference PIN Project Title – reference title of PIN Client code – reference client of PIN PM – officer in charge of the project Status – status of job order; see status names Remarks – additional notes For Installation JO – yes or no option; yes would require JO-Service before saving Department – reference department DR Basis – delivery receipt print-out instruction if printing is in format of PI,per JO or JO summary Delivery Option – note whether items is for delivery or by client pick-up Contact Person – expected receiver or client representative Contact no. – mobile number of client representative Delivery Date – expected delivery schedule Delivery Time – allowed receiving schedule Delivery Address – location of delivery Special Instruction – detailed memo or specifications Delivery Item – tab for attaching reference reported JO-preparation
Important notes:
For special JO types like JO-P, JO-PD, JO-PDS and JO-DS registration begins in JO-D form then from the main form adjoining JO-P or JO-S are attach to form link accordingly following programmed controls and conditions.
Given a schedule of delivery, operations can now register or create JO-delivery to send prepared items to client. JO- delivery can have at least one reported JO- preparation under one PIN. Using this JO states that assigned personnel should deliver all or selected items reported in preparation to assigned location and schedule.
