This section is the Document Register Profile. This form contains the fields for registration of document booklet pages.

Overview: Document Register Profile states information about the document. such as,

Header Fields

• Doc type - document type such as DR and PDR
• Ref Date – registration date of document booklet
• Doc Start – starting page number of registered booklet
• Doc End – ending page number of registered booklet
• Status – current state of document
• Remarks – additional comments
