Document Register List
This section is the Document Register List. It contains the list of registered document (any type/by booklet number).
Overview:
Document Register allows registration of document number range for use within system modules. Possible document types are DR, PDR, SI & BS. Registration is on a per booklet and document type basis. Each successful registration allows user to reference document numbers on system records/report. Registered document referencing provides standardization of document number format and facilitate transmittal of document.
Definition of Terms:
Document Register List - database registered document booklet indicating its type and page/number range
Document - a formal accounting document use for printing item and sales/billing transaction
User Involve:
Warehouse officers are responsible for registration and referencing of delivery document such as DR and PDR.
Accounting officers are responsible for registration and referencing of invoicing document such as SI and BS.
General Procedure/Instruction:
A. Document Registration
a.1. before using a page on a booklet, make sure booklet is registered in the system
a.2. create and fill-up document register profile header (you may write booklet number on remarks section)
a.3. click “save” to complete registration
