List Operation

This section is the standard operation on the majority of the module in the system. Only the column and row varies.

Info: Menu Toolbar varies depending on the Module Rights of the User.
Note: Please contact your system administrator for User module rights modification and registration.





Create New Record

To create a new record, do the following instructions.

  1. Click New[1.1]

Info: Creation of new record depends on the Module Rights of the User.
Note: Please contact your system administrator for User module rights modification and registration.


Open Record

To view the record profile, do the following instructions.

  1. Click Open[1.2]

or

  1. Double Click a row record[3.2] to Open its profile

Info: Viewing of records depend on the Module Rights of the User.
Note: Please contact your system administrator for User module rights modification and registration.


To print the list.

  1. Click Print[1.3]

Info: Print list of record in the page in portable document format(PDF).
Note: The number of records depends on the number or records in the grid[4]. To show all record select number of record in a page to '99999'


Export List

To print the list.

  1. Click Export[1.4]
  2. Select format to export
  3. Click 'Ok'

About List

To view the documentation of the list.

  1. Click About[1.5]

Refresh List

To refresh of the list.

  1. Click Refresh[1.6]

Close List

To close the list or module.

  1. Click Close[1.7]

Sorting

To sort the list.

  1. Click Column Header[2.3]

Info: Multiple sorting occur if another column in clicked.
Note: An indicator will show if the column header is sorted.
for Ascending and for Descending.


Column Reorder

To reorder column on the list.

  1. Click and hold a Column in the Column Header[2.3]
  2. Drag and drop the column on its preferred location

Column Filter

To filter the list.

  1. Click Filter Input Value[2.2] an item selection will show.
  2. Select an option.

or

  1. Click Filter Input Value[2.2] ignore the selection.
  2. Type the filter value.
  3. Press Enter

Info: Column filtering depend on the Filter Type[2.1] and Filter Input Value[2.2].
Note: The default filter type is contains. Please select Filter Type Selection[2.5] to change the filtering.

Advance Filtering

To do advance filter on the list.

  1. Click Advance Search[4.1] a search dialog will show
  2. Fill up the necessary data.
  3. Then press Find.

Remove All Filters

To remove all filters

  1. Click Clear Filter[4.2]

Hide/Show Filter Toolbar

To Hide/Show Filter Toolbar

  1. Click Toggle[4.2]

Hide/Show Grid Columns

To Hide/Show Grid Columns

  1. Click Columns[4.4] a Column Selection dialog will show.
  2. Click Ok

Info: Drag and drop item to show and hide.
Note: Column Selection dialog can also rearrange the column.


To Navigate Grid Pages on the Page Navigator[4.5]

  1. Click Page input number and enter desired page

or

  1. Click Navigation button to move Pages

Info: See Page Info[4.6] to know what items are showing
Note: Page Navigator[4.5] can also set the number of rows in a page.
