====== User Profile ======
This section is the User Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a User record. 

Overview:
Project Profile states information about the User. such as,

  * First Name -given name of user
  * Middle Name – mother's surname
  * Last Name - father's surname
  * User Name - system name use for log-in 
  * Password - system pass code use for log-in
  * Confirm Password - same as password
  * Status -states whether the user is active or inactive
      * active - state when user is allowed to use the system base on available rights
      * inactive - state when user is prohibited to use the system
  * Remarks - additional notes about the user
  * Email Address - address use to receive system  email notification
  * Access Rights Tab - shows selection of accessible module to user
  * Specific Rights Tab - shows selection of allowable action to user 
  * Report Rights Tab - shows selection of allowable reports to user

Important notes:

As of writing, system rights available for each users are set to least possible control according to program design to operate dependently between departments and specific job functions.
