Cost Center Profile

This is a form for maintaining CC Code. 

CC Center Code - a seven digit alphanumeric combination for grouping same or related items 
                
    1st digit is the item ORIGIN whether local (L) or imported (I);
    2nd digit is the item TYPE whether Goods (G) or Services (I);
    Next 2 digits is the general Category ; 71,72,73 are TD Prod Dep't Related purchases
    Last 3 digits is the specific Category;
    
Cost Center Name - is the concatenated descriptions of the assigned digits

Status - code use is whether active or inactive

Remarks - a description of items that are covered or related to the cost center group
