Inventory Count Profile (Inventory Count Job Order)
This section is the Inventory Count Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a Inventory Count record for job ordering

Overview: Inventory Count Profile states information about the job order. such as,

  * JO number – system generated record number (JO06 is a inventory count)
  * Date – date of registration as draft
  * Status – status of job order
  * Remarks – additional notes or special instructions
  * Warehouse – option where to conduct count
  * Supplier – inventory count filter according to suppler 
  * Count type – physical count according to class option or cycle count type
  * Schedule from – beginning of count
  * Schedule to – expected end of count

This JO has two types that have different use and restrictions. JO-inventory 	count with physical count type registration begins when accounting department 	give an order and schedule to conduct a periodic count. On the other hand, JO-	inventory count with cycle count type begins when there is approved notification 	from accounting that such activity will take effect.
