====== Mobile Transfer Job Order Profile ======

This section is the Mobile Transfer Job Order (MTJO) Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a DTR.

Overview: MTJO Profile states information about the Mobile Transfer made by Warehouse as instructed by Purchasing. Works like Delivery or Receiving Report but doesn't and must not have a reference JO-Delivery  or JO-Receiving.

Fields:

  * MTJO number – system generated Mobile Transfer record number 
  * MTJO Date – date of registration as draft
  * Doc No. – reference hard copy number (e.g. Provisional Delivery Receipt Number)
  * Project No. – reference project PIN
  * Project Title – reference project title of selected PIN
  * Client Code - name of client
  * PM - Project manage in charge
  * Transferred by - warehouse officer in charge of preparation
  * Transfer date - date when transfer was made
  * Transfer location - exact transfer address of destination
  * Transfer source - source location of items for transfer
  * Transfer destination - destination of items transferred
  * Checked by - warehouse officer in charge of checking
  * Checked date - date when checking of materials was conducted

  * Status – status of Mobile Transfer Job Order;
      * Draft - transfer is waiting for final instruction (PDR not yet printed)
      * In-transit - delivery is on the way to assigned destination loaded with correct items as listed in printed DR 
      * Transferred - transfer was received/delivered, checked and signed by  supplier(out bound) or warehouse (inbound)  representative 
  * Remarks – additional notes
  * Item Group - item grouping as will show in printed DR
  * item code - code use for referencing
  * Item Description - reference description of source item base on item masterfile
  * uom - unit of measurement
  * Item Color - reference color of source item base on item master file
  * Source Name - name of location where item was taken from
  * Source Item Class - item classification where item was taken from
  * Item class - classification of items where items were taken from
  * PDR Qty- quantity to transfer
  * Destination Name - name of location where item was transferred
  * Destination Item Class -new item classification of item transferred
