====== Mobile Delivery JO Profile ======

This section is the Mobile Delivery JO (MDJO) Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a MDJO.

Overview: MDJO Profile states information about the direct delivery made by Warehouse as instructed by PM. Works like Delivery Report but doesn't and must not have a reference JO-Preparation and Delivery.

Fields:

  * MDJO number – system generated direct delivery record number 
  * MDJO Date – date of registration as draft
  * Doc No. – reference hard copy number (e.g. Delivery Receipt Number)
  * Project No. – reference project PIN
  * Project Title – reference project title of selected PIN
  * Client Code - name of client
  * PM - Project manage in charge
  * Prepared by - warehouse officer in charge of preparation
  * Checked by - warehouse officer in charge of checking
  * Delivered by – officer in charge of the delivery
  * Status – status of Mobile Delivery JO;
      * Draft - delivery is waiting for final instruction (DR not yet printed; items maybe loaded on truck or still in preparation area)
      * In-transit - delivery is on the way to assigned destination loaded with correct items as listed in printed DR 
      * Delivered - delivery was received, checked and signed by client's representative 
  * Remarks – additional notes
  * Delivered To - name of client / store
  * TIN no. - registered clients TIN no. in client Masterfile
  * Delivery Address -exact delivery and unloading location
  * Released date - date item taken out of the warehouse
  * Received by - client's representative who acknowledge the delivery
  * Received date - date when goods received
  * Item Group - item grouping as will show in printed DR
  * System item code - code use for system referencing
  * Item Description - reference description of source item base on item masterfile
  * Item Color - reference color of source item base on item masterfile\
  * WHSE - storage location where items were taken from
  * Item class - classification of items where items were taken from
  * uom - unit of measurement
  * Prepared Qty- quantity taken out for preparation
  * added process - additional process made within warehouse 
  * DR Description - assigned description that will show in printing of DR
  * DR Color - assigned description that will show in printing of DR
  * DR Qty - prescribed quantity (with regards to added processes made) that will show in printing of DR
  * DR confirmed Qty - actual DR quantity (with regards to added processes made);shows the actual quantity received by client
  * Delivered Qty - issued quantity (regardless of additional process made) 
  * DR Variance - DR qty less Actual DR qty; shows excess or lacking item
