This section is the Document Register Profile. This form contains the fields for registration of document booklet pages. 

**Overview:**
Document Register Profile states information about the document. such as,

**Header Fields**
  * Doc type - document type such as DR and PDR
  * Ref Date – registration date of document booklet
  * Doc Start – starting page number of registered booklet
  * Doc End – ending page number of registered booklet
  * Status – current state of document
  * Remarks – additional comments
