This section is the standard operation on the majority of the module in the system. Only the column and row varies.

To print the list.

**Info**: Print list of record in the page in portable document format(PDF).\\
**Note**: The number of records depends on the number or records in the grid[4]. To show all record select number of record in a page to '99999'

To print the list.
  - Click Export[1.4]

To sort the list.
  - Click Column Header[2.3]
**Info**: Multiple sorting occur if another column in clicked. {{:operation:listsortingmultiple.jpg?nolink&300|}}\\
**Note**: An indicator will show if the column header is sorted.\\

To reorder column on the list.
  - Click and hold a Column in the Column Header[2.3]

=== Column Filter ===
To filter the list.
  - Click Filter Input Value[2.2] an item selection will show.
  - Select an option. {{:operation:listfilter.jpg?nolink&200|}} 
or 
  - Click Filter Input Value[2.2] ignore the selection.
  - Type the filter value. {{:operation:listfilterinput.jpg?nolink&200|}}
  - Press Enter
**Info**: Column filtering depend on the Filter Type[2.1] and Filter Input Value[2.2]. \\
**Note**: The default filter type is contains. Please select Filter Type Selection[2.5] to change the filtering.

**Note**: Column Selection dialog can also rearrange the column.

  - Click Page input number and enter desired page
or
  - Click Navigation button to move Pages
**Info**: See Page Info[4.6] to know what items are showing\\
**Note**: Page Navigator[4.5] can also set the number of rows in a page.
