====== Project Profile ======
This section is the Project Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a project record. 

**Overview:**
Project Profile states information about the project. such as,

  * PIN number – system generated project number; format: YYMMDC## (Year Month Department Code Project counter)
  * Date – record creation date 
  * Project title – name in user agreed standard format: Storename_location_section_specifics 
    E.g. JapanHome_SubicHarborpoint_ABsection_W1-W10
  * Project Type – set to client type as default; department type have special PIN for department related projects
  * Client – contact customer of the project
  * Project Location – site where project output will be put up or installed
  * Project Manager – officer in charge of the project
  * Project Status – can be: Potential, Current, Complete or Cancelled
  * Expected Completion Date – agreed turn-over date
  * Remarks – additional comments
  * Total On Offer Value - total offered value expected to be paid by client; should be 0 if complete status
  * Currency – valuation use in transaction
  * Department – team in charge

**Important notes:**

To completely create a project profile, registration of client is necessary if no existing client record in client master file. 

Project's Total on offer value also plays an important role for producing an accurate project report which requires frequent update as to the current valuation. 

Newly registered project record is a Potential status project at default, it is important to keep project profile status up-to-date in relation with actual project status or progress.
