====== Employee Profile ======

This section is the Employee Profile. This form contains the fields for creating a employee record for use in system modules.

Overview: Employee Profile states information about the employee. such as,

  * Employee code – assigned code base on the 3 letter initials of employee
  * Employee name – full name of employee; first/last/middle(optional)
  * Department – employees assigned working group
  * Position – title of employee;
 
             - "employee" is a generic purpose title use for generalization of titles for employees rendering services in Head Office;

             - "warehouse employee" is a generic purpose title use for generalization of titles for employees rendering services in Warehouse; this position allows employee to be listed under JO Service-Manpower Requirement-Employee Permit;

  * Tel - land line and local number assigned to employee
  * mobile number - cellphone number currently used by employee
  * Status – employment status of employee either active or inactive
  * Remarks – additional notes
  * email address - office email add assigned to employee

Important notes: 

As of writing, department and position affects availability of employee record to be listed as an option from system modules.
